Participants must show their verbal fluency and listening performance along with their understanding of written text in the english language.

The participant needs to speak and understand English to a level 4 proficiency of ICAO's language proficiency rating scale.

Retraining is determined in accordance to ICAO's language proficiencey rating scale.

Participants that reach level 4 on ICAO's scale are required to do a retest every 4 years.

Participants that reach level 5 are required to do a retest every 5 years.

Participants that reach level 6 or more do not require a retest.

This course is for individuals that need an airport driving permit that requires communication with the airport control tower.

Goals:

To ensure that students have the ability to communicate reliably in english with the airport control tower.
Students must show their verbal fluency and listening performance along with their understanding of written text.
