Course description
For individuals who will be employed as supervisors and directly supervise individuals employed as Airport Security Officers.
Preliminary requirements:
Basic aviation security training and competency.
Goals:
The student must be familiar with aspects concerning quality management, surveilance tasks, resolving disputes and also the capabilities and limitations of security equipment and screening techniques. Students must have the capability to respond appropriately if forbidden articles are detected and to provide guidance, training and supervision at the workplace.
